AUTUMN SHRAIBERG

Autumn grew up on the beach in CA where she played all sports imaginable. She loved the competition, community and love of the game. She eventually moved to CO and got her degree in Human Performance and Sport with an emphasis in teaching K-12. While working on her degree she was the Aerobics Coordinator at her college, Metro State, and implemented multiple fitness programs. She also co-taught Physical Education in multiple schools. She knew that she had a passion for sports and fitness and wanted to go deeper to help and teach others!

After college she moved to the mountains and worked at Western State college. She continued her passion and became the Program Coordinator for Western State  College fitness center where she oversaw the student staff and implemented and taught all the newest trends in workouts.

Autumn currently lives in Denver with her wonderful husband, her two children, her hairless cat Coconut, and their newly adopted Great Pyrenees dogs, Wallie and Georgie! She continues to teach fitness classes, loves to play tennis, loves being with her family more than anything and continues to spread her passion for the importance of movement for kids and adults of all abilities.
