YOUTH CAMPS

SUMMER & WINTER CAMPS

Our youth sports camp offers kids ages 6–12 an exciting mix of instruction, skill development, team play, and friendly competition — all in a fun and encouraging environment. Designed for athletes of every experience level, FYS camps help campers improve fundamentals, make new friends, and build confidence through multi-sport training.

What Camp Includes

Held at the South Suburban Regional Sports Complex (unless noted otherwise), the camp focuses on building core athletic skills across a variety of sports. Campers rotate through sport stations where they receive coaching and participate in drills and games that keep learning active and fun:

  • Football basics — Passing, catching, running, defense, and game-style drills.

  • Baseball/Softball — Hitting, fielding drills, pitching and throwing fundamentals, and fun competitions.

  • Basketball — Footwork, dribbling, passing, shooting, and small-group challenges.

  • Soccer — Ball control, dribbling, shooting games, and goalie challenges.

  • Volleyball — Serving, passing, setting, hitting, and basic defensive positioning.

  • Agility — Speed, coordination, balance, and change-of-direction drills designed to translate across all sports.
