Carlynn Martin
Carlynn Martin brings over a decade of experience in personal and group fitness training, along with a strong academic background in psychology and sociology from the University of Denver. A lifelong athlete, Carlynn grew up playing just about every sport imaginable and went on to compete at the Division I level in soccer at DU.
She’s continued her love for the game by coaching high school varsity girls’ soccer for nine seasons, all while helping clients of all ages and abilities build strength, confidence, and healthy habits. Carlynn is always exploring new ways to grow as a coach and trainer, believing that “in order to be extraordinary, you must be willing to do extra.”
Her training experience spans a wide range of clients — from those looking to get in shape for the first time to competitive and collegiate-level athletes. Whether it’s long-term goals or short-term motivation, Carlynn focuses on making fitness both effective and fun. Her approach centers on mental and physical well-being, and she encourages her clients to stay active in ways they genuinely enjoy — whether that’s hiking, skiing, golfing, or trying a new workout class.
Carlynn’s energy, dedication, and warm personality make her a natural motivator and mentor.
